There is no architect to appoint, no design retainer and no consultant fee. On a project this size that is usually five to eight percent of the build value. Here it is part of hiring the crew.

Duplicate material is the quiet problem on Indian sites. Cement, wire, switches, fittings, tiles and paint get sold as brands they are not, and it does not show up until years later when something fails. Sourcing through us is optional, and when you do use it, three things are fixed.
